Eighth Grade Supply List - 2010/2011
Each Student needs to bring all of the following items on the first day of school:
Supplies Needed by All Middle School Students:
- 5 ea Pocket Folders. 3-prong, any color
- 1 ea 3-Ring Binder, 3", any color
- 1 ea 3-Ring Binder, 1" or 1½", any color (optional)
- 2 sets Dividers (8-tab sets)
- 1 ea Steno Notebook
- 2 packs White Paper - loose leaf notebook (200 pages, college-ruled, no colored paper)
- 1 pack Graph Paper
- 1 pack Index cards, 3" x 5", lined, 100 cards per pack
- 12 ea Pencils #2 (or one Mechanical Pencil with 1 pack lead)
- 2 ea Pens - Red
- 2 ea Pens - Ballpoint, Black or Blue (no colored gel pens)
- 1 ea Highlighter, any color
- 1 pack White Board Markers (4-count, no yellow markers)
- 4 ea Fabric Book Covers
- 1 ea 3-Ring Pencil Pouch (optional)
- 1 ea Combination Lock (no key locks or alpha combinations)
- 1 ea Rosary
- 4 boxes Tissues (200 sheets each)
- 1 ea Hand Sanitizer (40-ounce bottle)
General Supplies to Be Kept In Classroom:
- 1 ea Large Plastic Pencil Box (approximately 13" x 5")
- 1 ea Pencil Sharpener
- 1 pack Colored Pencils, 12-count
- 1 pack Crayons, 24-count
- 1 pack Markers, 8-count
- 1 ea Eraser, large hi-polymer
- 2 ea Glue Sticks (small, 0.21 ounce)
- 1 ea Scissors (blunt, approximately 5-inch)
- 1 ea Compass
- 1 ea Protractor
- 1 ea Ruler, 12-inch with standard and metric units
8th Grade Only:
- 2 ea Composition Books
- 1 ea Spiral Notebook (college-ruled)
- 1 ea Calculator, Scientific (similar to Texas Instruments 30XA)
