Book Report Instructions

Fifth Grade Supply List - 2010/2011
Each Student needs to bring all of the following items on the first day of school:
- (1) backpack, large
- (1) 3-inch, three-ring binder & 8 subject dividers
- (4) folders with pockets on both sides and with fasteners (any color or styles)
- (2) steno notebooks, approx 9” x 6”, between 150 - 200 pages (for Science Fair/State Report)
- (4) packages of wide-rule lined paper (100 sheets per pkg)
- (2) large packages of graph paper (Space enough to be able to write one number in each square.)
- (4) dozen #2 pencils, sharpened - No mechanical pencils!
- (1) box colored pencils
- (2-3) boxes of blue and/or black pens (erasable only)
- (1) pkg/box red pens (erasable or non-erasable)
- (1) small hand-held pencil sharpener with a catch container
- (1) small pencil bag to fit in three ringed binder
- (1) ruler (standard and metric references only -- keep it simple)
- (1) pair of scissors
- (2-3) glue sticks
- (1) package highlighters
- (2) packages dry erase markers ( 3- or 4-count; thin or broad tip; not yellow)
- (1) box of crayons (set of 24)
- (1) roll of paper towels
- (1) clipboard
- (3) book covers (1 small and 2 large)
- (2) large boxes of Kleenex
- (1) small container of Clorox wipes
- (1) water bottle
Please put your last name on all items, including clothing (jackets, sweaters, etc.) so that it can be easily seen.

Practice math skills learned in 4th grade and practice single digit multiplication and division for speed and accuracy. Above all, enjoy a summer of reading. Have a safe and relaxing summer.
