Second Grade Supply List - 2010/2011
Each student needs to bring all of the following items on the first day of school:
- ☺ 1 Large backpack to carry things to and from school.
- ☺ 1 Lunch/snack container.
- ☺ 3 Pocket folders- 1 must be red. The other 2 can be student's choice. Horizontal pockets only. (Our school papers are too tall for vertical pockets)
- ☺ 2 Large standard pink erasers - please do not send toy like erasers.
- 1 Dozen yellow #2 pencils - Please sharpen them before sending them to school. These will be put in a box to share. No toy or themed pencils please.
- 1 Set of thick markers - Please have a minimum of the basic colors. Any other colors are optional.
- 1 Set of Addition flash Cards
- 1 Set of Subtraction Flash ards
- ☺ 2 Large glue sticks
- ☺ 4 quarters, 6 dimes, 6 nickels, 10 pennies. Please send money in a resealable bag labeled with your child's name on it. This money will be returned at the end of our money unit.
- 3 Large box of tissues to be shared.
- 1 Box of crayons. Box of 24
- 1 Roll of paper towels
- 1 Bottle of hand sanitizer Please send regular or aloe scented only.
- Last Names starting with A - L - Sandwich Size Ziploc Bags
- Last Names starting with M - Z - Gallon Size Ziploc Bags

Please DO NOT send a pencil box or any items not listed above. Our desks are small and we need to maximize space. I will supply the pencil box and everything else we need. I will contact you if other supplies are needed during the year.
